Great place for the whole family. When you want to go to the gym, they have daycare for your kids. You can go swimming with the whole family, kids love the lazy Robert and water playground.
If you are a swimmer, fitness aficionado or active family, this seems to be the place to have it all! As part of the membership you gain access to a plethora of free group classes, such as instructor led spinning, yoga and more. What is a big plus for families with young kids is also the available day care that is offered for free as part of the membership. Of course on top of all this they also offer swimming lessons, CPR courses and more for a fee (discounted for members).

The warm water pool is great for people with disabilities to get exercise in that can't be done in land. The water makes it less painful to walk and do stretches. The current pool is a great way to cool down after a workout on the pool. The staff is very nice.
The staff is always knowledgeable & friendly. The new addition is awesome. Downtown
