Nice place and the dinner meal was as expected - very good. When in the area, we will probably eat dinner here.
I went here the night before my friends wedding with the wedding party. We got seated at 6:00 pm with our reservations we had made. The owner came over shortly after and let us know that a ten person party would be in at 8:00 to be seated at our table so we should get our orders in. I was shocked at how rude that was. It's not our responsibility to hurry because he over booked the place. However now we felt stressed. We only had six of us in our party total but two people in our party couldn't get there until 6:30 so we planned on doing cocktails and apps until then. The owner tried taking away one of our little tables even though the restaurant had quite a few empty tables right up until the time we left. We felt so rushed with him popping in non stop and peeking over at us that we just ordered apps and left knowing we wouldn't have time to do appetizers and dinner before 8. When our apps came the chef delivered it and insulted us saying "oh normally these aren't main courses so that's why I look confused." The icing on the cake.... my mussels came out cold, they forgot my friends truffle fries, and my truffle fries... also cold. The owner could not have made us feel worse or more unwanted. I am so unimpressed.
You've read the reviews and your wondering can this place be that good? Yes it is "That Good". How do I define "That Good". When you walk out the only thing you'll be talking about is how great the food tasted, your experience, and when your going back.
Atmosphere, service and food/drinks all top notch. Highly recommend!
