The pricing was fantastic and everyone was honest and polite. I will definitely be looking there again for my next vehicle.
I was so excited to walk off the lot with a brand new car. I had been under the weather the past week and finally felt good enough to go in and get a car. As I pull into the parking lot with a check in my pocket I walk inside. No one was around, I waited a few moments and then walked outside and was going to take a look around myself. A sales rep had walked up to me and I explained what I was looking and then I had to ask for his name. Which he should of introduced himself. They had moved all the cars to plow which was not a big deal I completely understand this. We squeezed through and looked at the only Tuscon on the lot when I was told there were quite a few there before my arrival. We went inside and I asked what the difference was in the Santa Fe and Tuscon. He grabbed some literature but never handed them to me. When I asked for the price of vechile he came back with monthly payments. I told him I wanted the price. Remember check in my pocket. I said I wanted to look at the interiors to see the difference in the black and beige. We get all the way out there and they were both beige so I did not see the black interior. I turned to ask him, did you bring the keys for the Tuscon, he said "no I guess I can go get them". This is where I decided to leave I don't want to spend tons of money when I feel like I am pulling teeth or feel like an inconvenience. Also common sense would tell you to bring the keys of the car your potential customer likes perhaps ask them if they would like to test drive it. Customers should feel welcome, spending that kind of money is hard to part with. I will go two states away before I spend my money here.
6/16/17 - I just purchased my new 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited at White River Hyundai and I could not be happier! Shout out to Justin, Christian, Kyle and Dave for getting me into this beautiful and amazing new car! Justin is extremely knowledgeable about the Sonata options and packages and he helped me to get into my amazing car. This car has a TON of safety features, a moon room and all leather!! Justin and the rest of the team searched 100+ miles away from their dealership to find me the perfect car and they didn't stop until they got the one I wanted! Kyle worked magic to get me the best possible financing! I can't say enough about the customer service and commitment to satisfying they customers! I highly recommend this team if you are serious about purchasing a new Hyundai! I will be back for service and for my next Hyundai when the time comes!

10/2/17 - Just had my 15,000 service work done here at White River Hyundai. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! Dropped my car off on Sunday for routine service. The dealership was closed but one of the employees was there so he took my keys and put them inside for safety! Today I had the service work and received e-mails from George to confirm the work to be done, when the work was done and who I could call to pay the bill. George was exceptionally pleasant to work with! He completed the work and updated my service log! All was done before 10am!! This is not the first opportunity I have had to work with George and every time I have the pleasure of working with George he is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! Another example of how George and the rest of the team at White River Hyundai continue to go above and beyond for their customers! It is a pleasure to work with such a great group of people!! I don't think I could have had a better experience than I did buying my first company vehicle at Gateway Motors. I had originally gone to the dealership to buy another Ford Transit I had been looking at but it had been sold earlier that same day. Andy informed me that a newer model with less miles was coming into the dealership that evening. They gave me first refusal and had the car ready for me within days.
I can't say enough about the staff @ your dealership. Being from Minneapolis MN, I was bringing my daughter to Dartmouth College. I had blew a tire on my awd van and had limped it back to the hotel on Sunday night September 3rd. Having to go back and meet my daughter on Monday (Labor Day), I was unable to get the tire fixed or get a rental car (all closed due to the holiday) I was in a tough situation. I happened to walk outside my hotel and noticed your dealership was open. I talked with Lucas (Head mechanic) and explained my dire situation. Lucas dropped what he was doing to come over to the hotel to see if he could help. The tire was not reparable and not in stock. The dealership/Lucas was so accommodating, they put me in one of their loaner cars so I could get to my daughter. Within the next day or so they found me tires, replaced a sensor and had me back on the road. I work for an Insurance Company and we work really hard to create a positive customer experience. I could not have been given better service/ a customer experience than what I received from this dealership. They went out of their way to help me and I cannot be anymore thankful. The ironic part is, my vehicle was not even a Hyundai. I highly recommend this group, they go above and beyond for the customer!
