This is a no pressure, no hassle most truthful place I've ever been to buy a vehicle. Got it the same day we came in, it was so easy and our vehicle has been Certified. I really like that because they stand behind what they say about the vehicle. What I like also was while I was there customers came in for a service and I saw how the team there knew them and each customer had a big smile on their face, waving saying hi, I felt like I belonged to a family. Very personable, good service and friendly. I will get all of my vehicles from here from now on-Carri D.

These folks are about people and positive experiences - dare I say even before selling cars. At no point did I feel less than worthy or insignificant; we were offered delicious home-made pickles (can't get any more authentic Vermont than that!), coffee etc. Every single person I met was appropriately friendly & courteous. A man moving cars in the parking lot even shared my glee when I got into my car and whooped it up/silent screams! Treating every person well obviously starts with the leadership, and the Manager obviously emphasizes or shows this. In a world where people seem to only care for their own interests, it's refreshing to know these folks are all about people, service & great cars. Oh yeah, i love my Toyota and how smooth it runs! Definitely driving to White River Toyota again for my next car!

My first Toyota & I'm glad this was through White River Toyota. From the moment we walked in and met the Manager (Jason), through sitting down with Tim for the financials & being shown how the car runs [unfortunately I do not remember the incredibly courteous young man's name but he had a tattoo of Toyota's first logo - if inking doesn't show dedication to the brand, I'm not sure much else can! :o)], to driving off the lot, I have never experienced such excellent customer service.
Excellent vehicle service. Had to wait an extra day for a factory part that needed to be ordered for a repair- White River Toyota took care of me and made sure I had a car to use until the repair was finished.
